Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Elite Electrical Solutions collects through this website and how it is used. It applies to the estimate request form and to enquiries you send us by phone, text or email.
Information we collect
When you submit the estimate form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, project city, the service you need, your preferred contact method, and the description of your project. If you select a photo, we record its file name with your request. When you call or text us, we receive the phone number you contact us from and whatever you choose to tell us.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss the work, arrange scheduling and keep records relating to jobs we carry out. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
Estimate requests are handled through the systems we use to run the business, such as our website host and our customer enquiry management tool. Those providers process the information on our behalf and only for the purpose of delivering your enquiry to us.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website in aggregate, such as which pages are viewed and how often the call, text and estimate options are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives standard browser information. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or project details to Google Analytics.
Text messages
If you text us, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We reply to the number you contacted us from. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is useful for the job in question and for our ordinary business records, then remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at eliteesoffice@gmail.com or call 970-987-0779.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
